Chemin st. Jacques
Part 2
This is 14 night/15 day adventure starts in Bordeaux and ends in Paris. We will walk approximately 110 miles from Figeac, France to Moissac, France on the Cèlè Valley Trail and the Chemin St Jacques.

-Welcome celebration in Bordeaux
-14 nights lodging
- 9 dinners
- Train transfer to Figeac from Bordeaux and - From Moissac back to Paris
-Baggage Transfer
-Cruise on Seine to see the City of Lights and Eiffel Tower.

Coming 2026
Day One
We meet in Bordeaux.
We will have a "Reunion Celebration". Details to be announced.
Day Two
We will take a 4 hour train from Bordeaux St Jean to Figeac.
We will arrive mid afternoon in time to explore the town, check out the Musee Champilion ( the french genius who figured out the Rosetta Stone), or simply sit in the town square with a glass of local wine.
Day Three
Our walking journey begins today!
Figeac to Beduer - 8 miles
Day Four
Walk from Beduer to Espagnac - approximately 10 miles.
We will walk through the fairy tale-like village of Corn.

Day Five
Walk from Espagnac Ste. Eulalie to Marcillhac -sur-Cèlè- approximately 11 miles
Day Six
Marcillhac-sur-Cèlè to Cabrerets - 12 miles with option of kayaking the last 5 miles. (water-level permitting)
Day Seven
Cabrerets to St. Cirq-Lapopie - 8 miles
Day Eight
St. Cirq-Lapopie to Vers - 15 miles
Day Nine
Vers to Cahors - 9 miles
Day Ten
Cahors to Lascabanes -15 miles
Day Eleven
Lascabanes to Lauzerte -15 miles.
Day Twelve
Lauzerte to Colibris d'Espis - 12 miles
Day Thirteen
Colibris d'espis to Moissac 5 miles
After a very short walk, we will have almost all day to explore the Abbey, enjoy the weekend town market or sit in the plaza and greet the pilgrims that we've met along the way.
Day Fourteen
Travel by Train from Moissac to Paris.
We will check-in at our "home away from home".
Later that evening we will enjoy a cruise up Seine from the Locks of Bastille to the Eiffel Tower on a private boat.
Day Fifteen
We will enjoy a leisurely breakfast together before we say goodbye and head home.
